For example, the rear wheels of chain-driven motorcycles are equipped with buffer bodies, buffer blocks or rubber sleeves. These cushioning compounds play a very important maintenance role in terms of the power delivery of the rear wheels. If these cushioning rubber parts are damaged, it is likely that the rear wheel of the motorcycle will get stuck during driving, causing the vehicle to bump, and the sprocket fixing bolt will snap and the vehicle will not be able to move forward. The dust jacket rubber located on the front and rear shock absorbers can play a role in maintaining the shock absorber. Because motorcycles have the characteristics of better passability and smaller size than cars, we generally drive motorcycles in some places with poor road conditions. Because the front shock absorber is the top wind surface, if there is no dust jacket accessory, when our motorcycle shock absorber is used for a long time, it will gradually become softer, the oil seal gap will gradually become larger, and the shock absorber will be driven by some wind-driven dust and sediment into the shock absorber when it is not loaded with dust jacket accessories, and the shock absorber oil seal will form severe wear, which will lead to oil leakage of the motorcycle's shock absorber and then cause damage. If the front shock absorber system leaks oil, when the shock absorber oil inside the shock absorber leaks, it will cause the shock absorber to lose damping, and the shock absorber spring will be disconnected after a long time. At this moment, motorcycles are very easy to form broken wheels, aluminum wheels are deformed, and tires are prone to burst when encountering foreign objects.
5. Cushion adhesive parts of the steering system
Many vehicles are flexibly combined with the front direction column and the upper linkage, and a large number of them are flexibly assembled, such as AX100 (Jincheng, Haojue, Changling), Jincheng 90, Qianjiang 100 (AX100, C100, DX100 machine) riding bikes, these cars have cushioning rubber sleeves on the steering column, the rider will be more comfortable, and the long-distance riding will no longer be tired.
